DESCRIPTION

For the past 20 years, the Charlotte Street Foundation has provided resources for individual artists by building upon its core principles of supporting, challenging and empowering artists of exceptional vision — while cultivating an environment where artists and art can thrive.

As the non-profit arts organization’s Owner’s Representative, we are overseeing the $7 million adaptive reuse project in Roanoke Neighborhood Kansas City, Mo.

The project consists of a renovation and build-out of approximately 22,000 SF of existing space in two separate buildings including: White Box Studio/Gallery, Black Box – Theatre, Space for Residency, CSF Office Space as well as creation of a programmable courtyard area and necessary parking.

Construction start is Summer 2019 with expected completion 1Q 2020.
